Wendy Ganio, LLS-New Hampshire Licensed Land Surveyor

Dedicated to providing quality survey services to clients in the Cheshire County area.

What is Land Surveying?

A land survey is the process of finding, identifying, measuring and reporting the location of land features. These land features take the form of boundaries such as ownership, jurisdiction (zoning, township) and physical (water, elevation, soil).

Who needs a Land Survey?

A surveyor should be consulted before land is purchased, sold or improved in any manner (building of houses, roads, wells, fences, landscaping etc.), before estate planning or placed into conservation.

The types of services I provide:

Residential and Commercial Boundary Surveys
Monument Recovery Surveys
Subdivisions-Major and Minor
Boundary Line Adjustments
Topographic Surveys
Site Plans
Condominium Documentation
Mortgage Inspections
FEMA Elevation Certification
Property dispute resolution
ALTA/ACSM Surveys

As a Licensed Land Surveyor, I use high-tech, calibrated instruments which are required to be in compliance with federal and state regulations.

All work is done according to N.H. Board of Licensure Rules, New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association Ethics and Standards, State Department of Environmental Rules, and City/Town regulations.
